AI

AI that earns its keep

We do not sell a chatbot for the look of it. We build small, trained tools for the work you already do: on the site, in the inbox, in the diary. Staff stay in charge.

Three ways we help

What we offer

AI on the website

A trained helper that answers visitors in the business’s own voice.

  • Built into the site, not a third-party bubble
  • Set up from your own wording, prices and details
  • Daily caps, and it says “ask us” when it is unsure
  • Works well on a phone

AI for the back room

Triage, draft replies, and search over the business’s own documents. Staff decide.

  • Drafts in your tone of voice
  • Answers from your documents, not the open web
  • You read it, edit it and send it
  • No client details left in a public chatbot

Training & setup

Getting a small tool set up around the way your team already works.

  • A look at where time goes in your week
  • What to use it for, and what to leave alone
  • A one-page rule sheet for staff
  • Follow-up once it has been in use

How it works

Your words. Your decisions. A person in charge.

  1. We sit with the work

We spend time with how you actually answer people, take bookings and find things. Before any tool.

  2. We train a small tool, with caps

It learns from your own wording and documents, has daily limits, and says so when it does not know.

  3. Staff see a draft, not a decision

The tool prepares. A person reads, changes and sends. Nothing goes out on its own.
